Mmmm… I had granola yesterday for breakfast and it was glorious. The rest of the day was uneventful because lunch and dinner are so much easier to stomach (basically, I had leftovers and snacked on nuts). Still having IBS issues from the diet change and supplements. Trying to be patient.
