All photos taken with my phone (and some help from Instagram) on different days in May, while lying on my meditation mat, where I spend the majority of my waking hours.
Thanks, Jackie! The big one is Bowie (he weighs the same as I do!). The smaller one is Little Guy. His real name is Riley, but he’ll always be LG to us. 😉
I got a hammock for my birthday in May. I’m trying to spend more time outside now rather than in this room. Be IN the view rather than looking AT the view!
Even though I spend so many hours lying down, for some reason it can’t be in the bed and room in which I sleep. Getting up and changing to a “daytime” room makes me feel sane. I think I’d be more depressed if I spent 12 hours in bed at night and then went back to the same bed for the 3-6 hours I rest during the day.

I love these photos! What’s your dogs name? S/he is a cutie!

I like rooms with views of trees/foliage. What type of meditation mat do you have?

Oh, I’m happy you asked because I wasn’t sure about the purchase, but now I am very grateful I bought it. I got this folding futon from Amazon:

I also bought this wedge pillow so I can rest/meditate after eating/taking pills and not feel like I’m going to regurgitate while lying flat!:
